Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, please ensure you call us to reschedule the appointment if:

* you have travelled overseas in the past 14 days, or

* have flu-like symptoms, or

* have been in contact with family/friends who have recently travelled overseas or have flu-like symptoms.

 

Please also advise us if you have travelled overseas in the past 21 days and we may measure your forehead temperature upon arrival as a precaution.

 

Measures we have put in place to increase health and safety for your visit include:

* Hand sanitisers are placed every 3 steps in our clinic;

* Open doors to ensure good ventilation as this will significantly reduce infection rate;

* Sterilise with medical-grade alcohol wipe for all common areas and treatment beds;

* Move some of our consultations online to reduce number of people in our clinic;

* Minimize wait time at the waiting area by being punctual as we always are.

 

Our staff will wear masks at work as an extra safety measure. Please do not be alarmed by our precaution. Our staff are all healthy, and we have strict internal policy in place in the unlikely event that our staff should feel unwell.
