General Consultation Fees

• Normal consultation: 15-30 minutes;

• Long subsequent consultation: 30-45 minutes;

• Tele consultations are conducted over the phone and usually 10-20 minutes;

 

* Patient who arrives late for his/her appointment, the consultation session may be

   shortened accordingly; non-attdence will be charged $120 or all follow-up appoint-

   ments will be cancelled.

# Tele consultation service is suspended from 1 November 2023 due to the change

   of Medicare policies.

 

Accident Insurance & WorkCover Claims

                          Subsequent              $300.00   Normal Consultation / One  Condition

                                                              $395.00    Long Consultation / Complex or 2 Conditions

                          Non Attendance*    $170.00

• Up-front payments apply if your claim has not been approved yet.

• We may be able to do the claim for you without you paying upfront (we will be charging the insurance company directly).

 

*Please note that all our charges are according to WorkCover Q-Comp Rate, a gap may

  be payable.

*We accept all Australian insurers for health fund rebates.
